Where to Find the Payment Receipt

A receipt confirms the fact of purchase and may be required when contacting support. Exactly where to look for the document depends on how you paid for the services.

Google Play

When purchasing via Google Play, the receipt is always in the @gmail inbox. The email arrives on the day of the transaction. Payment data is also available in your profile:

  1. Go to the link: wallet.google.com.
  2. Select the Other purchases section (if such a section is available).
  3. Click View purchases.
  4. Select the required order to open the receipt.

AppGallery

When purchasing via AppGallery, the receipt can be found in the store app:

  1. Open the AppGallery app and go to the profile in the lower right corner.
  2. Click on the line with your email address.
  3. In the Payments and purchases section, click on Purchase history.
  4. Select the required purchase from the transaction list.
  5. Click Request an invoice—the receipt will be generated and available for viewing.

WEB Dashboard

If you paid for services in the WEB Dashboard through payment services:

  1. Open the email address you specified when making the payment.
  2. Find the confirmation from the payment service in your inbox.
  3. Click Download invoice.

Note: If the email is not in your main inbox, please check your Spam folder.
