A receipt confirms the fact of purchase and may be required when contacting support. Exactly where to look for the document depends on how you paid for the services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Google Play<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When purchasing via Google Play, the receipt is always in the @gmail inbox. The email arrives on the day of the transaction. Payment data is also available in your profile:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to the link: wallet.google.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the Other purchases<\/strong> section (if such a section is available).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click View purchases<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Select the required order to open the receipt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    AppGallery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    When purchasing via AppGallery, the receipt can be found in the store app:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Open the AppGallery<\/strong> app and go to the profile in the lower right corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click on the line with your email address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. In the Payments and purchases<\/strong> section, click on Purchase history<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Select the required purchase from the transaction list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Click Request an invoice<\/strong>\u2014the receipt will be generated and available for viewing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      WEB Dashboard<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      If you paid for services in the WEB Dashboard through payment services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Open the email address you specified when making the payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Find the confirmation from the payment service in your inbox.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Click Download invoice<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
