The App Displays an Error or “No Connection” Message

If NumBuster reports a connection error or fails to launch, follow the steps below. These will help restore the server connection and get the app back up and running.

What to Do

Turn Off Wi-Fi

Sometimes a Wi-Fi connection blocks access to NumBuster servers. Switch to mobile data and try opening the app again.

Check App Permissions

  • Open your smartphone settings and find NumBuster in the app list
  • Go to Permissions and ensure all necessary permissions are enabled
  • If Automatic permission management is enabled, disable it and switch to manual mode

Clear App Cache and Data

  1. Without deleting NumBuster, open your device settings
  2. Select Storage or Memory item
  3. Delete the data and tap Clear cache for the app
  4. Then tap Force Stop

Restart Your Device

Restart your smartphone and open NumBuster again. Log in once more upon entry, and the app will connect to the nearest server.
